Lotus tealight Tealight

One of a trio of tealights designed by Emma Bossons, on a new tealight shape also created by Emma, which evoke a modern era of angular shapes, fluid surface design, smells and relaxation. Indeed the surface designs have been created with just that in mind: Lotus calls to all those seeking enlightenment with its three wings holding meditative pools of pastel and rose-pink to salmon and magenta lotus flowers. Petals are fluid, as if merely a reflection in the water, and float upwards like the flower’s emergence from muddy pools towards the sun, its own rays of light captured as the central sun motif. Indeed, it is said that the beauty of a pink lotus flower goes beyond its aesthetics, and it is considered sacred by many cultures and religions.
