Moon Gazer 41/7 Vase

Vicky spent considerable time researching the myths and folklore of the Peak District. She was inspired by stories of lone women living in small villages said to shape shift at night and take the form of a white hare. Her design visits the winterly landscape of the Peak District on a clear, moonlit night. Three separate windows each feature a white hare silently dancing through the snow. First, she leaps, then she pauses to listen, ears erect, and finally she stops to gaze over her shoulder at the moon. Magic, mystery, nature and folklore collide in this captivating design by Vicky.
