About Us: With a team of highly knowledgeable and friendly sales advisers on hand, you can browse among what is said by many to be, the world's largest selection of limited editions, general ranges, exclusive shop designs, table lamps and shades all designed for the astute collector. All are displayed to breathtaking effect, in the Visitor Centre Shop, which also hosts our Grade II Listed Bottle Oven. The Moorcroft museum houses a fascinating collection of Moorcroft.

Hot drinks are available to refresh the weary traveller.

Information:
  • We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. Open bank holidays. Closed for annual Christmas holidays Dec 21st - Jan 1st (inc).

  • Admission to the Heritage Visitor Centre and Museum is free of charge.

  • Moorcroft guided Factory Tours are available Mon, Wed, Thurs 11am & 2pm Fri 11am only. Booking in advance is advisable. Charges are Adults 4.50 Concessions 3.50. For large party bookings please call the MHVC direct.

  • We honour the Moorcroft collector's club discount to members with a valid club card on nearly all pieces of Moorcroft sold in the shop. However selected pieces will not qualify for collector's club discount.

  • Our display of Moorcroft products is accessible to wheelchair users.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, cheques and Sterling traveller's cheques.

Directions:Leave the M6 motorway at Junction 15 or 16, take the A500 then the A53 in the direction of Leek for 1.6 miles following the brown tourist signs, 'Moorcroft'. After the Honda car garage on the right, turn left into Sandbach Road.
