Silene Maritima 7/2 Vase

If you happen to be near sea cliffs, shingle coastlines or even gravel paths during the summer you will come across the dainty wildflower, sea campion. Each flower opens to display five white petals, whilst the upright grey-green stems are covered in small, waxy leaves. According to folklore, these pretty flowers have also been known as ‘witches thimbles’ and the best time to see them is until the end of August.
